I got a puppy!

Yes it's true, for those of you who don't know: I've officially become a baby daddy! Now I've lived with dogs before, but I've never had an interest in them, or any pets for that matter. So this has been another one of those impulsive decisions for me. You can blame my friend Joey for this.

Last month, Joey bought a Boston terrier (rather impulsively, as well) and since I was going down to Santa Monica to hang out with him a lot, the three of us spent quite a bit of time together. Oh the puppy attracted a lot of chicks. Unfortunately, seeing two guys walking near the beach with a puppy only made all of them think that Joey and I were a gay couple.

In any case, after just a few days, I had certainly fallen in love, and I wanted some action of my own!

So a week later, I went to see a family whose pug had just shit out these three little critters.

She was the last one still available. Between her sad puppy face and my chinky ass eyes, it was love at first sight.

Another week passed and she was ready to be taken home with me. I named her Coco. Almost immediately, everyone wanted dibs on my girl. For example, this is what my friend Jovon and I texted to each other later that night...

Bitch u keep fussing and u won't get to see her!

You can't keep me from my baby!

Your baby!? Bitch u ain't paid no child $upport!!!

That's right y'all: she's all mine!!! So back off, buhahaha!!!!

She loves climbing into my legs to dig or snuggle when I sit on the floor.

This was at my friend's place. I might set up a mirror at my apt since Coco seems to love playing in front of the mirror.

I carry her out around the neighborhood every morning. She's still too young to be exposed to other dogs and walking on the ground.

She's always crawling in dark, tiny spaces.

Coco already has more toys than I never did growing up. When I was a boy, all I had to play with was a tin container of hand-me-down Legos. I actually used them to build Transformers robots since my parents couldn't buy me real Transformers. How sad. Well, maybe now I can give my baby girl all the opportunities I never had. *pouts *cries*
